Location: WyomingSetting: Remote/TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
A full-time Licensed Professional Counselor is needed to provide remote mental health services to clients in Wyoming. This role involves meeting with clients virtually, identifying clinical needs, creating treatment plans, and helping clients make progress toward healthier coping patterns and improved daily functioning. The position is best suited for an LPC who values clear structure, reliable hours, and meaningful clinical work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual counseling services through a secure online platform
- Evaluate client concerns and determine treatment priorities
- Create, review, and update treatment plans
- Help clients develop coping strategies, communication skills, and emotional awareness
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical records
- Follow state, federal, and ethical standards for counseling services
- Use telehealth tools effectively to support client care
Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Wyoming
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Experience providing therapy or counseling services
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
