Location: MississippiSetting: Remote/TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 to $120,000 a yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver virtual therapy services to clients across a remote care environment. The role focuses on helping clients manage mental health challenges, improve daily functioning, and work toward practical treatment goals. You will conduct sessions, evaluate progress, maintain records, and provide care that is steady, thoughtful, and clinically sound.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with adult or adolescent clients
- Assess client concerns and establish individualized treatment goals
- Document session notes, treatment updates, and clinical observations
- Provide evidence-based support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and related concerns
- Review client progress regularly and modify care plans as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all telehealth regulations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Mississippi
- At least 2 years of counseling experience preferred
- Experience providing telehealth or virtual counseling is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Comfortable using online platforms and electronic health record systems
