Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: ConnecticutPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
This role centers on providing structured, goal-driven counseling to adults through telehealth. You’ll work with clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, and life challenges while delivering consistent care in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding goals and progress
- Follow Connecticut licensing and telehealth regulations
Requirements
- Active Connecticut LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
- Clinical experience in mental health treatment
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
