Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Oklahoma

This position is designed for a Licensed Professional Counselor who wants to spend the workday providing therapy not juggling administrative tasks. You will deliver structured outpatient mental health care to adults through secure telehealth sessions. The role emphasizes clear treatment goals, steady caseloads, and reliable scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete clinical intakes and mental health assessments
- Develop, monitor, and update treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes
- Follow Oklahoma counseling regulations and ethical standards
- Communicate with clinical support staff as needed
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
- Comfortable delivering services in a remote environment
- Strong clinical documentation skills
