We’re seeking licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Advisors who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and want access to something most agents never get: A consistent flow of pre-qualified inbound customers who are actively shopping and ready to purchase. • Work exclusively with inbound, pre-qualified shoppers
• Engage customers who have already initiated the quoting process
• Focus on closing business and optimizing coverage, not chasing leads

Your focus:

• Finalizing policy purchases*
• Ensuring proper coverage selection*
• Identifying bundling opportunities (home, auto, umbrella)*
• Delivering a seamless and trusted buying experience

What You’ll Do

• Work with inbound insurance shoppers ready to move forward with coverage*
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and personal lines solutions
• Identify and close cross-sell and bundling opportunities
• Manage a high volume of quotes and policy transactions efficiently*
• Provide clear, professional guidance to help customers make informed decisions*
• Maintain accurate activity and policy records in CRM and agency systems*
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends*
• Collaborate with team members to drive overall performance and growth

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
