Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
- Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Convert leads provided into written business
- Conduct sales presentations
- Comply with training schedules
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Requirements
Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:
- Active Property & Casualty License
- 1-6 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, and client-facing roles
- Comfortable making up to 100 outbound calls per day
- Prior insurance sales experience in auto, home, business, and life insurance
- Eligible to work in the United States
Benefits
Compensation:
- Base salary of $40,000.00-$50,000.00 USD/year depending on experience and track record
- Generous commission payouts per item written (we're writing over 100 items per month)
- Time and a half for more than 40 documented hours worked per week.
