Familiarity with tools such as WAIS-IV (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale, Fourth Edition), WISC-V (Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, Fifth Edition), and ADOS 2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition) is essential. Additionally, proficiency in the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales and experience conducting capacity and guardianship assessments will be vital in diagnosing and developing treatment plans for clients. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are necessary to interpret data effectively, while excellent communication abilities will facilitate meaningful interactions with individuals and their families.
