What You’ll Do:
- Install full residential electrical systems to NEC and local code.
- Interpret and work from blueprints.
- Lead and train apprentices on job sites.
- Coordinate with general contractors and other trades.
- Keep your vehicle and inventory organized.
- Communicate material needs to the office.
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
- Take progress photos and documentation.
- Collect customer payments when needed.
- Represent Lighthouse with honesty and courtesy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License.
- 4+ years of residential construction experience.
- Strong code knowledge and blueprint fluency.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to quality, not just speed.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team-first mentality and a positive attitude.
