Responsibilities as a Residential Electrician:
- Handle general electrical in-home service calls with expertise.
- Cultivate trust with customers, guiding them in product and service selection.
- Inform customers about the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Always aim to exceed revenue goals and maintain professional standards.
- Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for business efficiency.
- Ensure a tidy workspace and a well-stocked truck.
- Engage in training sessions, meetings, and other professional development activities.
- Mentor apprentices for high-quality service delivery.
Who We're Looking for as a Residential Electrician:
- 5+ years in residential electrical work.
- RI Journeyman or Masters License required.
- Proficiency in electrical techniques, hardware knowledge, and wiring diagrams.
- Commitment to yearly training and skill enhancement.
- A clean driving record, ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
- Strong communication skills, high integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
