We’re partnering with the most respected home service companies to grow their team of licensed residential service professionals, including Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, and Drain/Sewer Specialists.

If you take pride in your craft, value customer relationships, and want to join a high-performing team with strong growth opportunities, this is your next step.

The Role

As a Residential Service Technician, you’ll work directly with homeowners to diagnose, repair, and install systems in your trade area, delivering top-quality workmanship and five-star customer service every time.

You’ll join a professional environment where your technical expertise, communication, and care for customers make an impact every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or drains).

  • Perform installations, replacements, and upgrades — from panels and wiring to water heaters, filtration systems, and HVAC units.

  • Deliver clear, professional communication with customers — explain findings, provide options, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain safety and code compliance at all times (OSHA, NEC, IPC, etc.).

  • Work collaboratively with dispatch, management, and teammates for seamless service delivery.

  • Maintain your company-provided vehicle, tools, and workspace to a professional standard.

  • Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active state trade license (Journeyman/Master Electrician, Plumber, HVAC Technician, or equivalent).

  • Minimum 2+ years of residential service experience.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces or attics.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • OSHA 10 or 30 Certification.

  • Leadership or mentoring experience.

  • Familiarity with dispatch systems or digital service platforms.

What’s Offered:

  • Competitive pay structure with performance bonuses.

  • Company vehicle, uniforms, and tools provided.

  • Year-round, full-time work — no seasonal layoffs.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options.

  • Paid time off, holidays, and 401(k) matching.

  • Career growth opportunities with technical and leadership training.
