Job Description

The Lankford & Battle Agency is seeking a Licensed Outbound Sales Producer to join one of the top-performing teams in the country! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.

We are looking for self-driven individuals who are ''A'' players and want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. You must have your Property & Casualty license. Our training and resources are top-notch and if you have what it takes, we will provide you with the tools that you need to be successful with our agency. Your main goal will always be to put the prospect's best interest first in order to properly protect them. Salary Range: $70000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Achieve goals by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.

Ensure that the Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.

Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.

Responsible for accurate underwriting.

Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.

Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

Requirements

Must have your Personal Lines or Property and Casualty Insurance License Prior to Start Date - Interview & Offer can be contingent on passing the exam.

Must be available Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
