Salary Range: $30000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively interact with prospective and existing clients to fully understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
Policy Sales: Educate customers about policy options and facilitate the sales process by answering inquiries and providing personalized insurance plans.
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking and referrals, aiming to expand the customer base.
Maintaining Records: Accurately keep track of client interactions and insurance transactions within the company's database.
Continuous Education: Keep abreast of industry changes and developments to continually improve knowledge and offer up-to-date advice to clients.
Client Retention: Develop strategies to retain existing clients by identifying additional coverage needs and offering superior customer service.
RequirementsLicensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in sales is an advantage.
