Job Title: Licensed Skincare Esthetician

Pay: $19/hour + tips + retail commissionsJob Type: Full-time or Part-time

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Skincare Esthetician to join our professional spa team. In this role, you will provide high-quality skincare services, support clients in achieving healthy skin goals, and maintain an excellent guest experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, exfoliation services, and skin-renewal procedures

  • Assess client skin needs and recommend appropriate services

  • Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage

  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards at all times

  • Support retail sales by recommending products that complement treatments

Qualifications

  • Active Esthetician License (required)

  • Experience in facial and skin-enhancing treatments

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
