Aura Staffing Partners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position offers guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling services.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
- Monitor client progress and participate in treatment planning.
Requirements:
- Active LSW license.
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance abuse treatment, or social services preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
