Now Hiring: Licensed Social Worker, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist

Locations: DC, Maryland, Virginia (In-Person, Hybrid or Remote)

Part-Time and Full-time Clinicians

CCCC is committed to professional growth through supervision and peer consultation in a collaborative clinical community. We provide opportunities for clinicians to serve as field faculty for psychology externs, interns, and postdoctoral residents, as well as participants in a post-master's professional development program for social work and counseling professionals. Our psychology internship program is accredited by the American Psychological Association. We foster a supportive environment focused on development, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Supervision/Consultation Opportunities: 

CCCC is committed to providing supervision and peer consultation in a collegial community to foster growth and professional development. For those interested in providing supervision as field faculty, we host psychology externs, interns, and postdoctoral residents as well as a post-masters professional development program for social work and counseling professionals. Our psychology internship training program i accredited by the American Psychological Association. Requirements:

- Candidates must be licensed in Washington D.C., Virginia or Maryland. Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions

Preferred:

-Experience working with range of diverse clientele

-Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends

-Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (some in-person availability preferred)

Benefits:

Initial Part-Time Status: Clinicians starting with us begin as part-time 1099 contractors.

Client Caseload: Full-time clinicians typically see 25 to 30 clients a week, while part-time clinicians to see a minimum of 10 clients a week.

Path to Full-Time and W2 Status: For those who wish to transition from part-time to full-time and shift to W2 status, we provide a structured path to help you achieve your career goals.
