Job DetailsWhat You’ll Be Doing* • Provide individual and group therapy to assigned clients* • Complete behavioral health intakes, assessments, and treatment planning* • Manage an active caseload and meet established productivity expectations* • Support clients with mental health, substance use, trauma, homelessness, and co-occurring conditions* • Make appropriate referrals and coordinate care with other providers involved in the client’s treatmentWhat You Need* • Master’s degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field* • Active Connecticut independent clinical license such as LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent* • Spanish/English bilingual ability preferredInterested in hearing more?
