Join our dynamic team, under the guidance of our Clinical Director, provide evidence-based treatment that empowers individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and groups to achieve meaningful change. Full-time or part-time positions available.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment utilizing Feedback Informed Therapy.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and training to enhance your professional practice.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and community partners.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's Degree in Human-Services related field, licensed or licensable to practice therapy in the State of Idaho and/or Wyoming; Provisional licensing accepted.
  • High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Successful completion of HCBH pre-employment screening and background check.
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Has a valid driver's license and eligible for HCBH insurance coverage(s).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Knowledge and understanding of competent treatment including: administering clinical evaluations; treatment planning; making appropriate referrals; service coordination; counseling with individuals, group, and couples/families; client, family, and community education; documentation practices; and professional and ethical responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, stand, sit, and use the hands. Occasionally stoop, crouch, or kneel. The employee must occasionally exert or lift up to 25 pounds.
