Compensation: Compensation split of net collections between 62-65%; paid bi-weekly

Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time (24 sessions/week) or Part-Time (12 sessions/week) and 1099 Independent Contractor (8 sessions/week) are available (Full-Time Preferred)

Schedule: Flexible scheduling options

Location: This is a hybrid role based out of Minneapolis, MN and St. Paul, MN

LynLake is growing and we're looking for Licensed Therapists to join our team!

Job Summary

As a Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.

A Licensed Therapist with LynLake Centers for Wellbeing will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy
  • Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, provide relevant education, and develop treatment plans.
  • Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed.
  • Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.
  • Participate in credentialing processes, including CAQH.
  • Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.
  • W2 Full Time: Maintain a minimum caseload of 24 clients per week required
  • W2 Part Time: Maintain a minimum caseload of 12 clients per week required
  • 1099: Maintain a minimum caseload of 8 clients per week required

Compensation & Benefits (Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services):

  • Compensation: Compensation split of net collections between 62-65%; paid bi-weekly

  • *Estimated annual earning potential of: $107,000 for a Full-Time W-2 Provider

  • W-2 Licensed Provider: 62% Compensation Split

  • 1099 Independent Contractor: 65% Compensation Split

  • Flexible schedule (set your own schedule & hours!) and telehealth options available

  • Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support

Requirements

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
  • Licensed as one of the following: LPCC, LICSW, LP or LMFT in the state of Minnesota and in good standing with the Licensing Board
  • Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience)
  • 1099 Only: Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.

Licensed Therapist Preferred Qualifications (One or more of the following specialties):

  • Works with children under the age of 13 years old
  • Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy.
  • Experience or training working with: Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare), Alzheimer's/Dementia, unhoused clients, Women's health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc
