Job Description
Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide compassionate care for one of our DoD clients. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will assist in patient assessments, administer medications, and support daily living activities, ensuring the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
