Part Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) North of Chico, CA Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and healthcare staffing firm, is proud to partner with a respected healthcare provider in Chico, CA to hire a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a Part Time position. - Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans*
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to the RN or physician*
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility*
- Perform wound care, injections, catheter care, and other clinical procedures within LVN scope of practice*
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR*
- Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs and support staff as appropriate*
- Ensure compliance with California nursing regulations and facility policies*
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining resident dignity
- Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing*
- Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program*
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification*
- Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred (skilled nursing or long-term care strongly preferred)*
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening*
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills*
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
