Location: Peninsula Post-Acute, Burlingame, CA

Position: Part-Time

Shifts: AM/PM/NOC

Pay: $43.00 - $46.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.

  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of nursing care and resident progress.

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to support quality outcomes.

  • Respond appropriately to resident needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

  • Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or sub-acute setting preferred.

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
