Licensing Specialist IRole can be in either location: 20227 N27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85027 250 Park Center Blvd, Boise, ID 83706MAX PAYRATE for this role is $26.92 What is the lowest completed degree you will accept? High School DiplomaWhat is the work schedule for this position? M-F Hours can be confirmed with EM.Is this role open to 100% Remote WFH candidates? NoIs this a Hybrid Onsite/Remote position? This role will require the worker to come onsite 5 days a week during training (first 2 weeks). Once training has been completed the worker will need to come onsite 4 days per week. This is non-negotiable. The Licensing Specialist will act as a liaison to and partner with our third-party vendor in the preparation and management of all required licensing and permitting, including renewals, for clients locations to achieve and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and industry standards Main responsibilities-Works with location managers and controllers, and the respective divisions and departments, to handle the licensing processes for new locations and/or renewals for existing locations.-Grows and maintains strong working knowledge and database for each state’s licensing requirements, restrictions, or limitations. Requires ability to use judgement to answer questions on licensing, gather information/fact finding on issues related to licensing and permitting.-Obtains all necessary signatures, documentation, etc. To get all necessary paperwork completed in partnership with third-party vendor.-Maintains active relationships with partners to ensure quick access and turnaround for necessary information.-Handles company information with appropriate sensitivity and safeguards to ensure confidentiality and right to privacy, in compliance with regulatory requirements.-All other duties as assigned. Requirements:-High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.-1-4 years of experience in regulatory/license maintenance.-Intermediate Microsoft office (especially word and excel) and Teams experience.-Previous accounting experience is nice to have.-Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.-Ability to record, maintain, organize, and present documentation to diverse internal and external stakeholders.-Ability to learn different software platforms.-Detail-oriented with proven record of confidentiality and discretion with critical information.-Effective communicator both oral and written.-Excellent organizational skills.-Takes initiative, can work independently as well as with a team.-Deadline driven.-Sound decision maker and strong work ethic.-Experience dealing with government employees and agencies preferred.
