Salary: $82,000 to $100,000 Based on Experience*
Shift/Hours: Variable Remote role*
Facility Type: Medical Center 3 days in office 2 days at home

Requirements:

M.S.W. from an accredited School of social work*
current state licensure*
minimum of 2 years post-graduate practice in a health care setting required.*
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to maintain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel, medical staff, administration, and the public are required.*
Certification or experience with Addiction/Substance use.
