About the role
From the moment it first opened its doors on New Year's Eve 1930, The Surf Club has hosted history. It is here that you will find Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, an oceanfront destination bringing a new era of glamour elevated with chic dining, a palm-fringed Champagne Bar, and a world-class spa. The Surf Club has always been a place of imagination and possibility, it turned experiences into memories, and this is what we continue to pursue daily with every guest that crosses our historic doors.
The Food Runner position assists the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience ensuring all dishes are correctly prepared and presented.
What you will do
Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silverware for service in a discreet manner.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Pick up food items from kitchen, check order for accuracy and quality before delivering and serve guest.
Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas.

- Full Time (mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
