LIEN REDUCTION SPECIALIST | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY
PAY: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist who is looking to take the next step in their professional journey with a respected and expanding firm.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a direct difference in clients’ recoveries by helping maximize settlement outcomes while collaborating with a knowledgeable and committed legal team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist, you will:
- Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties
- Secure optimal lien reductions that maximize client recoveries
- Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and negotiation opportunities
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop case-specific negotiation strategies
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of negotiations, communications, and lien activity
- Help deliver an exceptional client experience through strong communication and efficient case support
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in a legal setting
- Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation strategies
- Well-versed in statutory liens including Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and related matters
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish required
