Life Enrichment Coordinator / Social Services Designee

Golden Years Homestead

Pay:$20.32–$26.42 per hour

What You'll Do

Plan and lead engaging activities that promote socialization, wellness, and quality of life
Support residents and families with transitions, emotional well-being, and community resources
Advocate for resident rights and person-centered care
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to meet residents' needs
Assist with activity calendars, documentation, and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For

Experience in activities, recreation, social services, human services, or senior living preferred
Passion for working with older adults
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to obtain Social Services Designee certification within six months (if not already certified)
