• Build and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across the customer journey, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.*
• Create and manage customer segments to deliver personalized marketing experiences.*
• Develop automated email and SMS journeys using modern marketing automation platforms.*
• Monitor audience engagement and identify opportunities to improve retention and reduce churn.*
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize registration, engagement, and conversion rates.*
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.*
• Partner with Product, Content, Sales, and Analytics teams to improve customer acquisition and engagement strategies.*
• Manage audience health by developing communication frequency, suppression, and segmentation strategies.*
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor audience growth, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics.*
• Identify new opportunities to grow audience acquisition through digital channels, partnerships, referrals, and content initiatives.*
• Continuously improve customer journeys through testing, data analysis, and process enhancements.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.*
• 6–10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, audience growth, retention marketing, or growth operations.*
• Hands-on experience building marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys.*
• Experience with CRM systems, customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, and other customer engagement technologies.*
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.*
• Experience conducting A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.*
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and customer behavior.*
• Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, and marketing analytics.*
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.*
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting subscription, membership, healthcare, media, or digital audience businesses.*
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and behavioral segmentation.*
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
