Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Email, CRM, Klaviyo)

Verdes Cannabis is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to immediately support and execute our email marketing, CRM, and retention programs.

If you have experience running email campaigns, segmentation, and automation flows, you can be successful in this role.

What You'll Do

- Build and send email marketing campaigns (primary focus)

- Support SMS and lifecycle marketing automation flows

- Segment customer lists using CRM data

- Manage loyalty communications and promotions

- Execute campaigns in platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

- Track performance and make basic optimizations

What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

- Experience with email marketing or CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)

- Ability to build and send campaigns independently

- Basic experience with audience segmentation and automation

- Strong attention to detail and reliability Preferred (Not Required)

- Loyalty program or retention marketing experience

- Dutchie experience

- Cannabis, retail, or eCommerce background Why This Role
