Your Responsibilities

As a Lifecycle Project Manager for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group located in Fargo, ND, you will:

  • Manage projects focused on transitioning new product programs through production launch, continuous improvement, and cost reduction projects on existing products
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve successful performance by planning, directing and monitoring project deliverables/objectives, schedules, and budgets
  • Present project status updates to unit leadership team

What Skills You Need

  • 2+ years of experience managing and communicating project/product information in a clear and organized manner
  • 1+ year of experience managing cross-functional team performance focused on achieve results and identifying/resolving risks
  • 1+ year of experience managing competing priorities while maintaining a high focus on quality
  • Strong organizational aptitude along with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams to define project deliverables. (project scope, project schedule and budget)
  • Ability to manage team responsibilities focused on project objectives, project schedules, and product/project costs

What Makes You Stand Out

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager, in a related design or manufacturing field
  • Experience in the development and/or manufacturing of custom electronic products
  • Experience with electronic assemblies consisting of electronic hardware, software, and mechanical packaging
  • Knowledge in areas of design, verification, validation, or manufacturing
  • Background in agriculture, construction, automotive or industrial equipment industry

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or related to Project/Program Management
