We are looking for year-round Lifeguards in Norwood, MA.MUST HAVE American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate

The Aqua-Tots Staff is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for facilitating the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. Lifeguards need to like a fast pace and be friendly and currently certified (Red Cross).

Lifeguards and all staff:Customer Service:

Maintain a safe pool environment
Ensure the safety of all swimmers
Communicate effectively with all staff and members
Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
Report to manager if complaints are unresolved
Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction

As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation. We teach children ages 4 months to adults. If you think you would be an amazing addition to the team, please email your resume!

Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
