Splash Terrace
If you enjoy working in a luxury four star hotel, under the sun, with breathtaking views of Baltimore, then working at the Pool at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is the perfect place for you. Located on the hotel's fourth floor overlooking Baltimore's historic inner harbor, our Splash Terrace and lushly landscaped pool is the perfect place for Hotel guests to relax and unwind. Our pool deck features a 121 foot saltwater pool with comfortable chaise lounge chairs, four full service cabanas, a dining area called Splash Pool Deck & Bar which serves lunch and dinner.
The role of the Lifeguard
Explainis and enforces rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of guests.
Warns swimmers regarding unsafe situations, and maintains order in swimming areas.
Responds to emergencies and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning.
Performs first aid procedures as needed, in partnership with Hotel Security.
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of all areas. Maintains records and reports. Work to anticipate guest needs to ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Completion of lifeguard training.
- 6+ months related experience.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
