Role Overview:
Are you passionate about and dedicated to making experiences extraordinary? If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you! As a Concierge at Ten Group, you will curate everything from intimate dinners at exclusive chef’s tables to securing reservations at world-renowned Michelin-star establishments.
Your role is not just about booking tables; it’s about crafting unforgettable experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Manage reservation requests for both domestic and international ensuring each request is handled with precision and flair.
- Engage with members via phone and email, providing personalized suggestions tailored to their tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements.
- Stay informed about current trends and offerings to provide members with the best recommendations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to confirm details and ensure every member's needs are met comprehensively.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- An enthusiast with at least 2 years of experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or concierge Required.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple reservations while delivering outstanding service and maintaining attention to detail.
- A customer-centric approach, with the ability to tailor each dining experience to the unique preferences of high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to build rapport with members and suppliers alike.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and popular reservation platforms such as OpenTable.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle urgent requests with poise and professionalism.
Work Environment:
This role is based either in our vibrant New York office, where you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering excellence.
