Who You Are:
- An enthusiast with at least 2 years of experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or concierge Required.
- Organizational mastermind with the skills to juggle reservations and requests while keeping our members smiling.
- A customer-focused professional with an eye for detail, dedicated to tailoring experiences to each member's unique taste and preferences.
- Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and popular reservation tools like OpenTable.
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to seamlessly handle urgent requests with poise and enthusiasm.
