Your Role:
Every day offers fresh challenges and rewards as you troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial HVAC systems-think rooftop units, split systems, and small-scale chillers. You'll install equipment, optimize performance, and deliver dependable solutions for our business clients. Beyond technical work, you'll build professional relationships that keep our clients coming back.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with light commercial HVAC systems (e.g., rooftop units, packaged systems, VRFs)
- Minimum 2 years of residential experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving problems efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach to client interactions
- High School Diploma or equivalent (HVAC certifications or higher education a plus)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- A positive, can-do attitude focused on delivering exceptional service
- Must fluently speak, read, and write in English
