Job Title- Light Industrial - Supply Replenisher Associate ILocation- Clifton, NJDuration- 2+ monthsShift/Time Zone- 8 AM-4:30 PMJob Summary We are seeking an Inventory & Supply Chain Associate to support laboratory operations by ensuring the timely movement, replenishment, and availability of materials and supplies. This role is responsible for inventory management, cycle counting, replenishment activities, and maintaining lean supply management practices to support efficient laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities Execute daily inventory replenishment and material movement processes across laboratory facilities. Perform physical inventory counts and routine cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Monitor and replenish laboratory supplies to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Support lean supply management initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize cycle times. Maintain visual management systems, including Kanban processes and inventory labeling. Collaborate with laboratory staff and supply chain teams to ensure material availability. Identify and report inventory discrepancies while assisting with corrective actions. Utilize inventory control systems and Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate records. Follow all safety procedures and organizational policies while handling materials. Assist with additional warehouse and inventory-related tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations. Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and material replenishment preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Good mathematical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a laboratory, healthcare, or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Supply Management principles and Kanban inventory systems. Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and visual management tools.
