We are seeking a Lightning Protection Technician to join our Lightning Protection Services team in Norcross, GA. You will perform inspections, repairs, and installations of lightning protection systems on commercial buildings, as well as generate reports and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate has a strong construction or safety background, is comfortable working at heights, and is able to balance physical labor with basic office work.

Responsibilities:

Perform inspections, repairs, and installations of lightning protection systems on commercial buildings, including flat roofs, office towers, and skyscrapers.
Write detailed inspection and repair reports.
Safely climb ladders, access building roofs, and work at heights.
Operate hand tools (wrenches, drills, etc.) to perform repairs and installations.
Provide professional, timely communication with project managers and clients.
Work both independently and as part of a small field team to complete jobs on schedule.
Travel regionally (primarily GA, TN, FL) and occasionally nationwide for projects.
Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.
