What You'll Do
As a Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations. Your day will include:
Setting up your workstation with everything needed for smooth service
Preparing premium-quality dishes following standard recipes
Handling essential prep like chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and crafting sauces
Ensuring every plate meets our high standards for taste, portion, and presentation
Receiving and inspecting food products to ensure freshness and quality
Keeping accurate temperature logs twice daily
Staying organized in all storage and prep areas
Keeping your station and surrounding areas spotless and safe
Reporting any equipment issues quickly to keep the kitchen running efficiently
Supporting the Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and team with any additional tasks
What We're Looking For

Strong knife skills and confidence with kitchen tools
Knowledge of culinary basics and food safety regulations
The ability to communicate effectively in English
