Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute menu items consistently during high-volume service• Follow written recipes, prep lists, and kitchen procedures• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout shifts• Communicate clearly with kitchen team members during service• Support food quality, timing, and station readiness• Handle prep, stocking, and line setup responsibilities• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards• Assist with closing and side work as needed
Qualifications
• Previous line cook experience required• High-volume casual or upscale dining experience preferred• Strong understanding of line execution and kitchen workflow• Ability to follow written recipes and instructions• Ability to stand for extended periods• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.• English language proficiency required• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
