Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team and maintain top food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing a variety of cooking tasks accurately, as well as cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized service line is essential, along with following production lists and keeping detailed records of production usage and leftovers.
- Upholding our standards of quality and consistency is crucial, and the Line Cook contributes significantly to the overall success of our culinary team.
