Line Cook

Tazza Kitchen in Cary, NC is seeking part-time and full-time line cooks to join our kitchen team!

Starting hourly wage: $17-$22/hour

Responsibilities include:

learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques
adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
cross training in all stations - salad, sautÃ©, plancha and wood oven
assist with inventory management
assist with prep and dishwashing when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant
Safe, competent knife skills
Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs
Experience with wood-fired cooking a plus
