Twosome Place is a leading premium dessert café brand from South Korea, known for its high quality coffee, artisan cakes, and sophisticated café experience. Since opening its first store in Seoul in 2002, the brand has grown to over 1,700 locations and has built a strong reputation for combining specialty coffee with patisserie-style desserts. As we launch and expand our operations in the United States, we are looking for experienced line cooks. This role will be a key partner in establishing a strong foundation for our US teams.

Position Overview

The Line Cook for our Back of House (BOH) team is responsible for preparing and presenting our curated menu of elevated café fare with exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing beautifully executed dishes while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to A Twosome Place recipes, specifications, and presentation standards. 
• Execute each dish with precision, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to quality. 
• Maintain an organized and fully stocked workstation to ensure smooth service. 
• Support the execution of a thoughtfully curated menu featuring premium ingredients and seasonal offerings. 
• Ensure every plate meets the brand's standards for flavor, appearance, and consistency. 
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. 
• Receive, label, rotate, and properly store products using FIFO inventory practices.
• Collaborate closely with cake decorator and front-of-house teams to create a seamless guest experience. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen throughout every shift. 
• Assist with menu updates, seasonal launches, and new product rollouts. 
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. 

What We’re Looking For  

• One or more years of experience in a professional kitchen is preferred. 
• Passion for quality ingredients, thoughtful food preparation, and beautiful presentation.  
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining premium quality standards. 
• Strong organizational skills  
• Positive attitude with a collaborative team-first mindset. 
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed. 
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain after hire). 

Requirements

Nice to Have 

• Line Cook experience in F&B, café, restaurant, or bakery. 
• Experience in premium cafés, bakeries, brunch concepts, hotels, or upscale casual restaurants.
• Line Cook related certifications. 
• Strong enthusiasm for K-brands, K-culture, and franchise operations.
