• Oversee daily assembly line operations to ensure efficient production
• Train, mentor, and support line staff to meet production goals
• Monitor product quality and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety regulations
• Complete required paperwork including production, time, and safety documentation
• Coordinate materials and inventory needed for the shift

What You Need to Bring to the Line Lead Role:

• Previous manufacturing experience (1–3 years preferred), ideally in food production
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and maintain production flow
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to the Inver Grove Heights area
• Ability to pass any required pre-employment background check or drug screen
