Job Title: Line Support Fabric ManufacturingCompany: Lingo StaffingLocation: West Haven, CTShifts Available:

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM ($18.50/hr)

Summary: We're seeking a reliable Line Support Associate to keep our textile production lines running smoothly. This role supports operators by supplying materials, assisting with machine changeovers, and helping maintain product quality.Responsibilities:

Deliver and restock raw materials and supplies to production lines
Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and moving finished goods
Inspect fabrics for defects and report issues
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Follow safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior manufacturing or textile experience a plus
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Forklift experience helpful (training available)
Reliable transportation
