A bit about us:
Can be in Providence office or sit anywhere in New England MUST have RI license
We’re a mid-sized litigation-focused firm with a strong healthcare and insurance defense practice. Collaboration is how we work day to day, not just something we say. We’re collegial and respectful, and we like having people around who want to dig in, learn, and contribute. We care about doing good work for our clients, and about the community around us.
With a long and distinguished track record in medical professional liability and aging services defense, we are recognized as a leading force in this highly specialized area of law. Across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and beyond, healthcare providers—including physicians, medical practice groups, hospitals, and long-term care facilities—rely on us to provide strategic, robust defense in complex and high-stakes claims.
Why join us?
We offer completely flexible work arrangements—whether you prefer working from home or in the office 2, 3, or 4 days a week. Our culture is one where everyone wants to work, and as long as you deliver results, you have the freedom to structure your schedule to fit your life.
Real work from day one. You’ll be on live matters alongside experienced attorneys, not waiting around to be handed something meaningful.
Formal mentoring. You’ll get structured guidance from people who want to see you grow.
Early client contact. You’ll build relationships and confidence by working directly with clients and carriers.
We reward initiative. If you bring ideas and ownership, we notice, and we want to see you step up.
Transparency. You’ll have visibility into how the firm runs, plus the chance to get involved through committees.
Giving back. We make room for pro bono and community volunteer work.
