Job Description

Litigation Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join our reputable legal team in Vegas with pay ranging from 125K-175K. As a Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in assisting with all aspects of our litigation cases, from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting legal research and analysis
Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
Assisting in deposition preparation and trial support
Managing discovery processes
Communicating with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar in which the position is located
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in litigation is preferred
