LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Our client, a global AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented and driven Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized Accounting Defense practice. This is a compelling opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners representing premier global accounting firms, public company issuers, and directors and officers in some of the most complex and high-stakes matters nationwide.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
- 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience.
- Hands-on experience in complex litigation, arbitration, or regulatory enforcement matters
- Exposure to matters involving accounting firms, public companies, or financial institutions is a plus
- Elite or large law firm experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage complex matters, balance competing priorities, and work effectively as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement proceedings
- Assist in matters before the SEC, PCAOB, DOJ, and other regulatory bodies
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and client memoranda
- Conduct sophisticated legal research and factual analysis in support of complex disputes
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and litigation positioning
- Interact with opposing counsel, experts, regulators, and other stakeholders as matters progress
