Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation.
2. Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
3. Work closely with senior attorneys to develop legal arguments, draft pleadings and motions, and obtain relevant case information.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments affecting the firm's practice areas.
5. Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and presentations.
6. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Experience in litigation.
3. Admission to the Alabama (AL) and Georgia (GA) state bars.
4. Proven experience conducting thorough legal research.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
7. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
8. Proficiency in using legal research software and other relevant technologies.
