Practice Focus & Responsibilities
Attorneys in these roles will handle a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes, including:
- Business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts
- Contract disputes and business torts
- Shareholder, partnership, and fiduciary disputes
- Trade secret and unfair competition matters
- Motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Direct client interaction and case strategy development

Requirements
- Current State License
- Prior experience in business, civil, or commercial litigation
- Experience managing cases through key litigation phases
- Strong legal writing and motion practice skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- For Orange County role: fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required
