My team is partnering confidentially with a well-regarded client seeking a Litigation Attorney – Liability and Insurance Coverage in Remote – MT. This is a strong opportunity for a professional looking for meaningful work and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery and motion practice
Take and defend depositions and prepare cases for mediation and trial
Draft clear case evaluations and reports for clients
Collaborate with partners and support staff on case strategy

Requirements

Litigation experience in liability, insurance coverage, wrongful death and/or bad faith matters
Active bar license in good standing: Montana
Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills

What's Offered

1,900 annual billable hours
