Job Details

• Represent owners, general contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, lenders, borrowers, architects, engineers, and insurance and surety companies in construction and surety-related matters
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts and manage project administration matters
• Handle construction defect litigation, delay and disruption claims, breach of contract, mechanic's lien claims, surety bond and indemnity claims
• Manage matters through arbitration, ADR, and all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial

Looking For:

• Pennsylvania Bar Admission; New Jersey a plus
• Recent construction and surety experience
